The database, PSP, Spring Boot version and exact regulatory role are not assumed to be known. PostgreSQL 18 is an explicit assumption in the relevant question; Stripe and Adyen are examples. The SCA scenario specifies its EU scope; product rules must be confirmed with the PSP and compliance team. Code snippets support reasoning and are not executed.
